Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial before I pay?
Yes. Every new student starts with a free trial class. No card is needed, and you only choose a plan if you are happy to continue.
What is your refund policy?
Every paid plan has a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not happy, request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid class (first-time enrollments). If you cancel later, unused prepaid classes are refunded pro rata.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. The monthly plan is pay-as-you-go, and you can pause or cancel any plan. The 6-month and yearly plans simply lower your monthly price.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Do you offer family or sibling discounts?
Each plan covers one student so that every child gets one-on-one attention. We offer family discounts for siblings. Message us for a family package.
What if we miss a class?
Reschedule with advance notice and the class is made up at no extra cost. Classes cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice count as used.
Can I get a different schedule, such as weekends or fewer days?
Weekend slots are available on request. Our standard plans are 5 days a week. If you need a different schedule, message us and we will advise.
Which currency are the fees in?
Fees are listed in US dollars. Families in the UK, Canada, Australia and the Middle East are welcome. Contact us if you would like a quote in your currency.
