The excellence of prayer in Islam
The Quran describes prayer as prescribed at fixed times (4:103) and as something that keeps a person away from wrongdoing (29:45). The Prophet ﷺ compared the five daily prayers to bathing in a river five times a day, and advised parents to teach children to pray from the age of seven. Learning to pray properly, with the right words and movements, is one of the greatest gifts a parent can give.
Many parents in the USA tell us their children know the movements but not the words, or recite Al-Fatiha with mistakes. Our Salah classes fix that gently, one step at a time. Namaz training is included in every plan.
