Online Quran Memorization (Hifz) Classes

A Hifz routine that works around school and work

Students outside Muslim-majority countries often find full-time Hifz schools hard to reach. Online Hifz lets your child memorize from home, before or after school, with the same teacher each week. Adults can memorize a surah or a juz at a time, fitted around a job and family.

How each Hifz lesson is structured

1. Sabaq (new lesson): the new portion to memorize, recited to the teacher after preparation.
2. Sabqi (recent revision): the last few lessons, kept fresh so they settle into long-term memory.
3. Manzil (older revision): a rotating review of everything memorized so far, so earlier surahs are not forgotten.
4. Tajweed check: correcting pronunciation and rules as you recite from memory.

The amount memorized per lesson is set by the teacher for each student and changes over time. We focus on strong, accurate memorization rather than racing through pages.

Paths you can choose

• Juz Amma and short surahs: a great first goal for kids and for adults who want more surahs for Salah.
• Selected surahs: such as Yaseen, Al-Mulk, Al-Kahf or Ar-Rahman.
• Full Hifz: a long-term programme for committed students, with a clear plan reviewed with parents.
• Revision only: for huffaz who want a teacher to listen to their manzil and keep it strong.

Before starting Hifz

Students should be able to read the Mushaf correctly. If reading is still slow or has mistakes, a few months of Quran reading or Tajweed first will make memorization faster and more accurate.
